Coaching

At times, in our work and personal life, we find ourselves becoming stuck, maybe not knowing the best way to tackle an issue, or maybe something seems to hold us back from achieving our goals; it could be that we are feeling anxious and uncertain about something. I believe that we have the resources we need available within us to be the best we can be……..sometimes though we need to take time to think about what is holding us back and re-focus or re-clarify our goals. It might be that the goal would be more achievable in bite size chunks, or more resources are needed to make the leap forward. Coaching is a way of empowering you to keep focused, to realise your potential faster and to create the success you want either in your work or personal life.

I have worked with individuals and also supported team development, one sort of technique doesn’t fit all and I will adapt to suit you and the situation. There is really nothing better than working in a well formed team and I have worked with teams that have become truly high performing. And individually you may want to talk about stepping into a new role either at work or at home; you may be considering changing careers or have been promoted. You may be a first time parent, grandparent or perhaps you are considering retiring……if you are at a crossroads in your work or personal life then I can work with you to unlock what you already know and may just not have noticed yet.

Mentoring is a slightly different conversation, techniques are often the same although I would be sharing with you my experiences of working life, from the point of view of being an HR partner to a number of business leaders, from leading a team, from my years in business life or from my personal life as a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
